SHIPPING
Delivery is always by courier according to the schedule set forth in the listing and is always traceable.

CUSTOMS CHARGES: The payment of customs duties is the responsibility of the customer and the amount is calculated according to the law of the country of destination of the shipment. We are not aware of the amount of customs charges, instead you will be notified by mail once the shipment has arrived at its destination. In the event that the charges are not paid and, for this reason, the shipment is abandoned or refused, shipping charges and customs charges will be deducted from the total amount of the order and you will only be refunded the difference.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN
The purchaser may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 working days of receipt of the product.  I2US Corp. agrees to exchange the merchandise within 14 working days from the date of delivery of the order. It is essential to contact our customer service before making any shipment. We will provide confirmation of the availability of the required replacement goods and instructions on how to send the shipment.

In both cases, the products must be returned undamaged and with the special seals applied to each garment. We recommend that you do not apply tape or documents directly onto the original packaging but pack the goods with the card or pack it in a cardboard box.
In the event that these conditions are not met or returned products are found to have been damaged or used, I2US Corp. reserves the right not to accept the return/exchange.
It is expressly understood that the costs of returning items to I2US Corp. remain the responsibility of the customer (except for obvious defects or deviations from the order of production).

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 working days from receipt of the shipment (working days will begin to be calculated on the basis of proof of delivery). The products must be returned undamaged and with the special seals applied to each garment. It is expressly understood that the costs of returning the product to I2US Corp. Shop Online will be borne by the customer.

Conditions for the proper exercise of the right of withdrawal

To be able to exercise the right of withdrawal, you will need to adhere to these simple conditions in order to be refunded the amount you paid during the purchase:
  • The return shipment must be made no later than 14 working days from receipt of the shipment.
  • Products must be returned via a single shipment and, if possible, in the packaging in which they were originally delivered.
  • Products must be returned intact and must not have been used or damaged.
  • Products must be returned together with the guarantee seal. We encourage you, if you wish to try them on, not to remove the guarantee seal: we will not accept returns of products without this seal.
Non-acceptance of returns by I2US Corp.
Where you have not complied with the above conditions or where returned products are found to be damaged or used, we reserve the right not to accept the return. In this case you can choose to receive back the goods purchased, but you will be responsible for the costs of shipping. It will not be possible then to refuse the shipment sent.

The shipping costs will be charged to you in the event that:
  • The size of the cap you have purchased does not prove to be correct. 
  • The product you purchased may not match your expectations.
In this case, you will be able to ship the products that you intend to return as you choose, by courier or post. To ship your package quickly and economically we recommend that you try the Truckpooling service portal.

The shipping costs will be borne by us in the event that:
  • One or more of the products you have received does/do not conform to what you've ordered.
  • The products you received have obvious manufacturing defects.
Always contact us before sending your items: in this way, if the shipping charges are to be borne by us,
